Talent Development
- Lead the deployment of the Talent related HR processes (People review, Annual Appraisal Review, Individual Development,…) ensuring proper implementation and practice of Corporate and BG guidelines
- Ensure that Group and BG development tools are used to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group and Business Group level. Coordinate cross-country moves in collaboration with relevant local HR and company's international mobility team
- Provide guidance and assessment in defining a consistent and meaningful talent pool as per company's culture and framework
- Support operational HR & management teams in managing the development of the identified resources (qualitative Individual Development Plans,...)
- Build and deploy a framework and process on talent acquisition & onboarding
- Support employee leadership & soft skills development in line with BG and Group guidelines and programs.
- Participate to BG and Group Corporate HR projects regarding HR policies, practices and transversal projects such as Talent Acquisition, Workforce planning…
Organization Development
- Support the staffing activities of the BG through internal mobility coordination, with a specific focus on international assignments , and enabling the coordination of external hiring activities, with participation to some key hires selection
- Ensure the growth of the organization is aligned to budget (headhunters, salary ranges,…)
- Ensure the organization design is monitored with a focus on maintaining a lean and agile organization of the resources
Training & Competencies Development
- In collaboration with managers and experts, define and implement hard and soft skills training framework and pragmatic plan as per Division's business objectives
- Develop and maintain internal and external networks to ensure benchmark and watch on best practices
- Maintain and Develop internal e-tools (Learning Management System) to organize and deploy individual and collective training plans, in accordance with the priorities of the BG
Advise on market solutions for assessing competencies and for learning
- Ensure training budget is managed at BG and local level
- Collaborate with Group learning initiatives, best practice sharing,…
