En quelques motsCherry Pick est à la recherche d'un Product Manager Ad-Tech (expert AdOps & instream)(H/F), pour le compte de l'un de ses clients qui opère dans le domaine des médias.
Description? Contexte de la missionNous recherchons un(e) freelance expérimenté(e) en Ad-Tech, disposant d?un solide parcours AdOps et ayant évolué vers le Product Management.
La mission s?inscrit dans le cadre du développement d?activités publicitaires instream vidéo sur des sites web et applications digitales.
? Objectifs de la missionPiloter la mise en place et l?optimisation des intégrations publicitaires instream.
Garantir la qualité technique et la cohérence des solutions publicitaires sur les différentes plateformes.
Contribuer à l?évolution des produits publicitaires et à la définition de bonnes pratiques Ad-Tech.
Assurer une veille technique sur les standards du marché (VAST, VPAID, IMA, OpenRTB, etc.).
?? Missions principalesRéaliser le taggage complet des sites et le débogage des intégrations publicitaires (Player / AdServer).
Collaborer directement avec les équipes de développement pour garantir l?implémentation technique correcte.
Contribuer à la définition et évolution des produits publicitaires (formats, players vidéo, systèmes de tracking, flux de données).
Identifier et résoudre les problématiques techniques complexes, front et back.
Assurer une veille sur les standards et bonnes pratiques Ad-Tech.
Profil candidat:
? Profil recherchéExpérience et compétences techniquesExpérience confirmée en AdOps, maîtrise complète du cycle d?intégration publicitaire.
Expérience réussie en Product Management Ad-Tech, interface entre enjeux business et équipes techniques.
Très bonne maîtrise technique :
Front: HTML, JavaScript
Back: XML, JSON, flux de données
Habitué(e) à collaborer directement avec les développeurs.
Solide expérience sur les formats instream vidéo, techniques et complexes.
Soft SkillsEsprit analytique et rigueur.
Autonomie et proactivité.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour les parties prenantes.
