We assist professionals in fashion, film, music, and advertising with their global travel and event needs year-round, operating offices in Paris, New York, and Amsterdam.

Driven by continued growth in the luxury sector, our clients' requirements are rising, and we are seeking a dedicated Travel Planner for the Italian market to uphold the high standards our customers expect. We invite you to become our next teammate who shares our enthusiasm for client relations and travel. The new travel agent position will be based in Paris or Milan.

Responsabilities:

· Manage client relationships and propose optimized travel solutions

· Oversee project lifecycle: ticket issuance, hotel confirmations, coordination with service providers, and invoicing

· Manage individual and group projects

· Identify and establish new partnerships

Qualifications :

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and organizational ability

· Ability to work autonomously

· Knowledge of air transport (airlines, airports, alliances)

· Experience with GDS Sabre (Amadeus conversion possible)

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, plus occasional on-call weekends

Languages: French / Italian / English

Retribuzione: 30.000,00€ ,00€ all'anno
