Event Product Manager (Travel & Experiences)

Satopia is hiring a Luxury
Travel Product Manager
to lead event and travel product development.

Satopia Travel is a Paris-based experiences company and cultural platform serving a global ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.

We design and deliver highly curated journeys, hosted experiences and cultural gatherings worldwide, often in collaboration with leading creatives, cultural figures and foundations. Alongside travel, Satopia produces Elkemist, our philanthropic and cultural gathering series.

The Product Manager supports cross-functional delivery across travel, events and operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard.

Demonstrated experience managing and working directly with high-profile individuals or recognised public figures, with responsibility for communication, coordination and relationship stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects, timelines and resources
  • Coordinate across teams and suppliers
  • Oversee budgets and procurement
  • Maintain systems and operational processes
  • Develop new host relationships

About You

  • Experience in travel, events or experiential businesses
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Asana, Google Drive, Typeform, HubSpot
  • Proactive, structured and reliable
  • Existing high profile host management experience
