Au-delà de l'installation, Solarock se positionne comme un véritable média expert de l'autonomie énergétique, capable d'éduquer, de décrypter et d'inspirer.

Pour accélérer cette ambition, nous recrutons un(e) Content Specialist senior, capable de piloter une stratégie éditoriale complète, orientée impact, business et performance.

Ton rôle

En tant que Content Specialist Senior, tu es responsable de la stratégie, de la production et de la performance des contenus Solarock.

Tu interviens de bout en bout dans un environnement hybride :

  • moteurs de recherche classiques (Google, Bing),

  • moteurs génératifs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, etc.),

  • plateformes sociales.

Ton objectif : faire de Solarock une source de référence, citée, reprise et recommandée par les IA, tout en générant du trafic qualifié et des leads business.

Tes missions 1. Stratégie éditoriale & chefferie de projet

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie de contenu globale (SEO, social, newsletter, brand content).

  • Identifier les audiences clés, leurs problématiques et leurs leviers de conversion.

  • Construire des piliers éditoriaux clairs, alignés avec la mission et le positionnement Solarock.

  • Élaborer et orchestrer des plannings éditoriaux mensuels (articles, vidéos, carrousels, newsletters…).

  • Prioriser, anticiper, structurer : tu es garant(e) de la cohérence et de la rigueur du dispositif.

Tu pilotes le contenu comme un projet business, pas comme une simple production.

2. Réseaux sociaux & codes des plateformes

  • Maîtriser les spécificités de LinkedIn (principal canal), mais aussi Instagram / formats courts.

  • Adapter les contenus selon :

    • le ton,

    • les formats,

    • les hooks,

    • les call-to-action.

  • Produire ou superviser des contenus :

    • brand (Solarock),

    • personal branding (founders, experts internes).

  • Être force de proposition sur les formats, narrations et angles éditoriaux.

Tu sais créer de l'engagement sans sacrifier le fond.

3. Contenus experts & SEO avancé

  • Rédiger des articles de blog à forte valeur ajoutée, orientés expertise et conversion.

  • Concevoir des contenus optimisés incluant :

    • plans SEO,

    • balises (meta title, meta description),

    • maillage interne,

    • données structurées ).

  • Vulgariser des sujets complexes (énergie, réglementation, technologie) avec clarté et pédagogie.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour aligner SEO, acquisition et conversion.

Tu es aussi à l'aise avec la plume qu'avec la technique SEO.

4. Pilotage de la performance & signaux IA

  • Suivre les performances :

    • trafic SEO,

    • engagement social,

    • leads générés,

    • visibilité dans les moteurs génératifs.

  • Analyser les signaux émergents :

    • citations IA,

    • positions "answer-based",

    • reprises sémantiques.

  • Ajuster la stratégie éditoriale en continu.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing et growth pour aligner contenu et conversion.
