For this, they wish to conduct themselves short but informative interviews with top level executives in these sectors to understand the market trends, the competitive landscape, the recent innovations etc.… This enables to access a quality of information they won't find on web …
nor by using AI

For instance, we recently successfully sourced experts on bio-cement in Europe, luxury second hand, waste management in Northern Europe, in-vitro diagnostics in France, co-working spaces in Italy, mining in Australia, etc.

Headquartered in Paris, Xperts Council has set up its Operation/Delivery Departement (we call it "the core of the nuclear reactor") with teams in Porto where 5 young consultants, are based. We also have 4 consultants in Paris, and 2 in India. We are proud to employ 6 different nationalities.

Our consultants have BBAs or Master's degrees, and solid soft skills (organizational skills, rigor, creativity, cold calling, client and expert management,  stress management, tenacity, synthesis …).

Their job is – after a very serious training- to 
understand
- and sometimes challenge - the client's brief, capture the ecosystem of the sector to investigate, then 
search
 and qualify potential experts (mostly C-Level), 
introduce
them in writing with a synthetic and selling way to the client, and eventually organize the calls if their experts are selected.

Our business model is

, and we are competing with Anglo-Saxon actors (bigger than us) that we successfully challenge thanks to the premium quality of our experts' delivery. This quality has enabled us to build a solid reputation to the point that prospects now come to us by reputation.

THE ROLE:

The interim Chief Operating Officer will report to the CEO, and will be asked to  :

-      Deliver the company's budget targets during the period (# calls scheduled by his team ), while increasing the clients' satisfaction.

Recrute and train Talents

-    Boost, and motivate his team to succeed, grow in autonomy and leadership, to boost the consultants' motivation and individual productivity at 12 calls scheduled/month and above

Manage the clients' relationship at high level clients with the CEO.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An experienced and ambitious professional, who has successfully faced business and management challenges in a client facing role.

Fluency in Business English is mandatory

leader; with a proven track record in managing teams and BtoB client management.

Ready to adapt operate in a fast moving and complex environment, with high level client management

And a high level of "emotional intelligence"/empathy to manage structural change … as well the day-to-day hype with a multicultural team of young graduates

Agile and fast, autonomous but communicative with his hierarchy, hands on, with a strong team spirit.
