Optima Solutions Site Manager – Automotive Sector

Join PPG as an Optima Solutions Site Manager and become the main contact for our customer, Renault. You'll drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance while contributing to the One PPG Selling Machine strategy

You will report to our Optima Solutions Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all PPG activities at customer site(s), ensuring high service quality and performance.

• Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

• Develop and implement site strategies, policies, and performance plans.

• Drive team development, coaching, and capability building.

• Oversee SecureLaunch projects and ensure product/application excellence.

• Identify upselling opportunities and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in technical field would be appreciated.

• Min 3 years + of leadership experience in complex customer-facing environments.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

• Expertise in automotive coatings and application processes.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with team development and continuous improvement.

• Fluency in French is a must have. A professional English would be appreciated.
