Senior People Ops

Tu rejoins l'équipe RH de Combo pour prendre en main un rôle clé : assurer un pilotage fluide et rigoureux des opérations RH pour une population actuelle de 150 salarié·es, répartie sur 3 entités légales (France & Espagne).
Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec la DRH, notre HRBP et notre Talent Acquisition Manager, au sein d'une équipe RH soudée, pragmatique, et orientée impact.
1. People Operations – environ 50%
- Gérer l'ensemble des processus administratifs RH (entrées, sorties, avenants, etc.)
- Préparer les éléments variables et superviser la paie avec notre prestataire
- Préparer les onboardings en lien avec les équipes internes
- Être garant·e du respect des obligations légales (droit du travail français, RGPD, etc.)
2. Outils & support utilisateurs
- Mettre à jour et faire évoluer nos outils RH (Lucca, Figures, etc.)
- Gérer les paramétrages et répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs internes
- Identifier des pistes d'optimisation des process via les outils
3. Support relations sociales
- Assurer la gestion documentaire (registres, affichages obligatoires, etc.)
- Participer à l'organisation et au suivi des instances représentatives (CSE)
- Contribuer à la préparation des documents légaux associés
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Contribuer aux campagnes de rémunération et à l'analyse des pratiques internes
- Suivre les évolutions du marché (benchmark, veille, etc.)
- Participer à la structuration de notre politique de rémunération et avantages
5. Data & reporting RH
- Être le·la référent·e data RH : produire les KPIs clés, tableaux de bord et rapports
- Suivre les indicateurs légaux et internes (bilan social, égalité H/F, etc.)
Tu seras le match parfait si :
- Tu disposes d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en RH généralistes ou People Ops, dans un environnement structuré
- Tu maîtrises parfaitement le droit du travail français (la connaissance du droit espagnol est un plus)
- Tu as déjà géré une paie de A à Z, même en lien avec un prestataire
- Tu es à l'aise avec les outils RH (Lucca, Figures ou équivalent)
- Tu sais analyser, structurer, fiabiliser les données RH et tu as une vraie rigueur dans l'exécution
- Tu es autonome, fiable, pragmatique, et tu gardes une posture orientée service & équipe
- Tu parles anglais couramment (niveau professionnel, échanges réguliers avec l'Espagne et d'autres pays à venir)
