ANINE BING is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team based in Paris.
This role is a major opportunity to shape the next stage of ANINE BING's growth. As a core member of our HQ Finance team, the Senior Accountant brings precision, reliability, and a solutions-first mindset—supporting our international expansion while staying true to our brand's DNA: bold, fast-paced, and constantly evolving.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-obsessed, and proactive. They know how to keep the numbers clean, the processes tight, and the team moving forward. They're also a strong communicator, comfortable collaborating across departments, and confident managing multiple entities at once.

This position is based at our Paris HQ and reports directly to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the general and analytical accounting for multiple subsidiaries.
  • Oversee and control daily accounting operations (bank reconciliations, customer and supplier accounts, fixed assets, payroll entries).
  • Ensure accurate account reconciliations and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and support tax and social declarations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for auditors and external partners.
  • Drive improvements of accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting tools.
  • Support the Accounting Manager with ad hoc analyses and projects.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in accounting, either in-house or in an accounting firm.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
  • Strong command of French GAAP; IFRS knowledge is appreciated.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a big plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong familiarity with accounting tools.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset and sense of responsibility.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable communicating with external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English & French.
