Office Manager – Riviera Gourmet (Sophia Antipolis / Biot)

Fluent English & French | €2,200 net/month

Riviera Gourmet — one of the most innovative yacht provisioning companies in Europe — is looking for a
self-motivated, determined, and tech-savvy Office Manager
to join our fast-growing team.

We've recently opened a
spacious, modern new office and distribution centre in Sophia/Biot
, and we're building a team that matches its energy.

We move fast, think smart, and use
AI and automation
at every level to streamline how we work.

This is
not just a job for a job's sake
— commitment, curiosity, and a genuine drive to succeed are essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep daily operations running smoothly and support the management team
  • Communicate confidently with yacht clients, suppliers, and partners in
    English and French
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and manage stock and logistics documentation
  • Use modern tools, spreadsheets, and AI-driven systems to optimise efficiency
  • Assist with HR, supplier coordination, and administrative workflows
  • Bring strong
    numerical and logical skills
    — your arithmetic will be tested at interview

You Are:

  • Fluent in English & French
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and determined to deliver excellence
  • Organised, efficient, and tech-friendly (Excel, Google Workspace, AI tools, automation)
  • A quick thinker who thrives in a high-energy environment
  • Excited by innovation, responsibility, and real career growth

We Offer:

  • €2000 to 2,200 net/month depending on experience
