YOUR MISSION:

  • Fournir des normes constamment élevées d'expérience client dans le Magasin conformément aux valeurs de marque et aux normes de service de PUMA
  • Grâce à un service à la clientèle efficace, les performances individuelles atteignent ou dépassent constamment les objectifs de vente, de KPI et de rentabilité
  • Responsable du traitement précis des transactions de vente à la caisse, en toute sécurité et rapidement
  • Maintenir la propreté et l'ordre du magasin ainsi que le respect de toutes les directives de marchandisage visuel selon les normes PUMA
  • Responsable de l'exécution et du traitement des marchandises entrantes et sortantes
  • Tenu de se conformer à toutes les politiques et procédures, aux compétences opérationnelles de base et aux responsabilités clés
  • Responsable du maintien d'un environnement de travail et d'achat sécuritaire, sain et responsable des plaintes
  • Requis pour travailler des heures non traditionnelles ; les fins de semaine, les soirs, les jours fériés ; des heures supplémentaires peuvent être requises à ce poste

YOUR TALENT:

  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail axé sur le service à la clientèle (de préférence des vêtements / chaussures)
  • Solide joueur d'équipe
  • Solides compétences en communication
  • Capacité d'apprendre rapidement
  • Connaissance des compétences en informatique, savoir-faire de base sur les programmes MS Office
  • Capacité de soulever / transporter, pousser / tirer jusqu'à 30 livres régulièrement

La rémunération de base pour ce poste est de 16.10 $ à 19.10 $ + avantages
