Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Microservice Architect & AI-Powered Dev Strategist. The role is located in the Greater Lyon Area, with work from home acceptable. The role will participate in designing and developing our Cognitive Engine, which mixes a Knowledge Graph and a Semantic Microservices Platform for data and content and
especially
medical data (HL7 & DICOM).

Design & Development

  • Define the Gen IA strategy for AI-Powered backend developments
  • Architect and manage 
    containerized environments
     using 
    Docker
     and 
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Define deployment, scaling, monitoring, and fault-tolerance strategies.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security across services.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend microservices for managing and exploiting OWL/RDF-star data.
  • Write unit and integration tests.
  • Manage version control (Git) and CI/CD processes (Docker).

Specifications Writing

  • Gather requirements and translate them into product features.
  • Perform architecture and modeling.

Documentation

  • Produce clear documentation for APIs and applications.
  • Explain and share your work with internal and external stakeholders.

Technology Watch

  • Stay up to date with daily developments in the field.

Profile

  • Creative developer passionate about web architectures and knowledge engineering.
  • Experience with microservice frameworks
  • Significant experience in backend development (Java/Kotlin or Python).
  • Strong interest for AI-Powered development tools
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Good understanding of REST/GraphQL API design best practices.
  • Knowledge of semantic reasoning and OWL ontologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
