About The Position
Our Finance team is looking for a FP&A Analyst to help the team provide top-notch analysis, and ultimately support the execution of the strategy of the company.

You will join an inclusive and transversal team of passionate professionals where you will learn a lot and have real responsibilities from day one. Indeed, we value each employee's opinion as we believe that everyone can contribute to the success of the company.

You will get exposure to the fascinating, intellectually challenging, and fast-moving Payment and Tech industries.

Main responsibilities :

  • Producing monthly and quarterly KPIs and reports (Financials, Sales, Board meeting, etc.)
  • Contributing to detailed top-line and costs budget modeling
  • Performing new business and historical portfolio analysis
  • Monitoring and analyzing critical metrics such as free cash flows and regulatory capital
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis requested by departments to help them better track their operational performance, and improve the monitoring of the financial performance of the company

Other responsibilities :

  • Implementing new dashboard/analysis in pigment
  • Preparing M&A materials
  • Identifying pain points and improve existing processes within the Finance department

Technical Skills

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Knowledge of key financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow)
  • Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel (pivots, lookups, sumif, advanced formulas)
  • Familiarity with data handling (source, update frequency, consistency, alignment) and interpretation (key findings, potential bias)
  • Knowledge of Excel's Powerquery and/or Pigment is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Netsuite is a strong plus

Experience

  • 2 years in Transaction Services / FP&A / M&A advisory
  • Prior experience in a Fintech startup is a plus
  • Knowledge of the banking and/or payment industry is a plus
