What you will do
• Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring smooth logistics for candidates and interviewers.
• Support candidate experience initiatives, including surveys and monthly reporting.
• Maintain recruiting dashboards and track key KPIs across roles and teams.
• Manage job postings, ATS data quality, and overall pipeline organization.
• Assist with LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and content related to open roles.
• Coordinate school and university outreach, events, and potential academic partnerships.
• Support the management and tracking of employee referrals.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and documentation.
• Support talent operations projects, including ATS transition and recruitment tooling initiatives.
About you
• A Master's student looking for an end-of-studies internship in Talent Acquisition.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Clear, thoughtful, and professional communicator.
• Curious about recruiting operations, processes, data, and tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, documentation tools, and ideally familiar with ATS systems.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, eager to improve systems - not just maintain them.
