About The Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Front Office Department, the Night Audit is in charge of welcoming guest in hotel.
As Night Audit you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver bespoke and discreet guest service throughout the night, upholding the exceptional standards expected in a luxury palace
- Manage guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out) in line with refined procedures
- Ensure accurate and secure payment handling
- Provide detailed and tailored information about the hotel's exclusive amenities and services
- Embody the values of the Mandarin Oriental Group and consistently meet Forbes Five-Star standards
- Cultivate guest loyalty through personalized attention and impeccable service
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond swiftly and elegantly to any unexpected situations
As Night Audit We Expect From You
- You have a 2 years experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.
- Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
- Fluency in English and French is required, along with a third language.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is preferred.
