We are seeking a Head of Customer Success - Americas to drive exceptional client experiences, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing success across a suite of cutting-edge financial solutions.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior leader with deep expertise in customer success and a proven track record in fintech, ideally based in New York or Boston.
Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a visionary Head of Customer Success - Americas to lead their customer success function across key financial services platforms. The successful candidate will manage a high-performing team, develop strategic client relationships, and oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding through to post-sale. This role demands a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding results for clients in asset management, wealth management, and hedge funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success team focused on maximizing client retention, satisfaction, and success with financial technology solutions.
Act as a strategic partner to both clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the company's solutions in the front, middle, and back office.
Engage with C-suite and senior-level stakeholders at client organizations to drive value and act as a trusted advisor.
Own the customer lifecycle, from pre-sale support to post-implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and continued engagement.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to provide insights and feedback that will influence product roadmap and enhancements.
Identify opportunities for growth and upsell within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue potential.
Ensure the customer success team is consistently delivering best-in-class service and achieving key performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience leading Customer Success or Account Management teams within fintech, with expertise in front, middle, and back office technologies.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Deep understanding of financial markets, investment management, portfolio management, accounting, and risk management.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Experience with industry-leading solutions like Clearwater Analytics, Enfusion, FundGuard, S&P's EDM Department, Gresham, Charles River Development, Broadridge, Xceptor, SS&C, BNY Mellon Data & Analytics, Sicorp, DUCO, RIMES, Finastra, SIX, Smartstream, and others is highly preferred.
Based in New York or Boston (Hybrid), with some travel required to client sites.
