Deployment - Implementation Manager / Consultant

About the job Your role

To accelerate the deployment of GutyCare's remote patient care solution in IBD, Edra's RPC solution in psychiatry ans Resilience's RPC solution in oncology; within the Resilience Group, we are growing our Implementation team. You are part of the Customer Operations team, in charge of delivering the products to their users and maximizing value created. Our customers are health providers, and our main users are nurses specialized in oncology, IBD and psychiatry.

As an Implementation Manager, your role will be to :

• Be the expert in operational efficiency, taking charge of end-to-end deployment projects - from kick-off meeting to full adoption by medical and paramedical teams, including billing support (if required)

• Lead change management within our health providers customers: become an expert on healthcare organizations, train our users and recommend the best care pathways to monitor patients in each context

• Manage interoperability implementation projects with our health providers customers

• Ensure effective internal collaboration: with the sales team to integrate new customers, with the technical teams for IT integration and product feedback, and above all in tandem with the AM, who coordinates the deployment of healthcare facilities and their long-term follow-up.

• Domitille, Implementation Lead, based in Aix en Provence, is a former nurse, and has over 4years of experience in remote patient monitoring.

• Clarisse, Account Manager, based in Paris, always up for a 50km trail run on a Sunday morning.

• You are organized, rigorous, with a strong track-record in project management and delivery

• You have a good experience in the healthcare industry, with good knowledge of healthcare organizations.

• You have have strong interpersonal skills, love meeting new people, understanding how they work,

• You are solution-oriented and persuasive.

• You will gladly travel across France and nearest countries to meet our users (plan for at least 60%/70% of travel all over France)

• Autonomous and driven, you are eager to deliver remote monitoring benefits to patients

• You are able to think outside of the box and find creative solutions to support the rapid prescription of the solution
