En tant que Quality Sofwtare & Test Manager, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la qualité des livrables IT et le succès des déploiements dans un environnement complexe. Vous serez responsable de coordonner les activités de tests, de garantir la qualité des développements, de gérer les environnements de tests et des jeux de données.
Missions Principales :
• Définir et piloter la stratégie de test sur les applications/logiciels et sur les projets.
• Superviser les équipes test/qualité pour toutes les applications de l'organisation.
• Superviser la conception des plans de tests et des cas de tests avec les métiers concernés.
• Coordonner les activités de tests entre les équipes internes, les prestataires et les métiers.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et les parties prenantes pour assurer une validation rapide et fiable des fonctionnalités
Missions Détaillées :
• Mettre en place et organiserle nouveau service Assurance Qualité à la DSI
• Définir les objectifs qualité à long terme et les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) qualité.
• Élaborer les stratégies de tests (unitaires, d'intégration, de validation, de nonrégression).
• Superviser la création des plans de tests et les cas de test en lien avec les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques.
• Mettre en place les outils de test et assurer leur bonne utilisation.
• Gérer les environnements de tests et leur rafraichissement tout en respectant la conformité GDPR (anonymisation des données).
• Organiser et suivre les campagnes de test.
• Assurer le reporting qualité auprès des parties prenantes.
• Participer aux comités projet.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de test.
• Veiller au respect des normes et standards qualité en vigueur.
• Former et accompagner les équipes projet sur les bonnes pratiques de test
Profil attendus :
Diplômes requis :
• Bac +5 en informatique, qualité ou équivalent.
• Certification ISTQB (Foundation ou plus) appréciée. Confidential C
• Expérience significative en gestion de tests dans des projets IT complexes.
• Maîtrise des outils de test (JIRA, XRay, TestLink, etc.).
• Connaissance des méthodologies Agile, DevOps, V-Model.
• Capacité à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
• Sens de l'organisation, rigueur, esprit d'analyse
• Proactif et pédagogue
