Nous recherchons un commercial terrain pour rejoindre notre équipe Trimble en France.

Ce Que Vous Ferez?

  • Ventes directes des logiciels BIM Tekla Structures, Trimble Connect, Trimble Nova, Stabicad et des solutions associées aux acteurs du secteur de la construction, tels que les bureaux d'études fluides, les bureaux d'études structures, acier ou béton ou les entreprises de construction.
  • Réalisation de présentations clients, de démonstrations produits (en collaboration avec l'ingénieur avant-vente) et de négociations contractuelles en ligne et sur site, y compris la préparation et la clôture des offres.
  • Gestion stratégique du territoire de ventes, avec un focus sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients, sur les prévisions et le reporting.
  • Gestion et maintenance des contacts clients dans notre système CRM (Salesforce).
  • Entretenir des contacts et des réseaux, et collaborer étroitement avec les clients et les parties prenantes afin d'identifier les tendances et les opportunités du marché et d'adapter au mieux les solutions à leurs besoins.
  • Participer à des événements sectoriels, des conférences et des événements clients.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de génération de leads, de marketing, d'avant-vente, de support et de réussite client de Trimble.

Quelles Compétences et Expériences vous devez Avoir?

  • Expérience de la vente de solutions SaaS (Software as a Service), de préférence dans le secteur de la construction / logiciels BIM.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, capacité à établir et à entretenir des relations.
  • Proactivité et excellent sens de l'organisation. Volonté de documenter vos activités dans le système CRM (nous travaillons avec Salesforce).
  • Capacité à s'engager envers les objectifs de l'équipe et les ambitions de l'entreprise.
  • Parler couramment le français et bien parler l'anglais.
  • Disponibilité pour les déplacements: 30% du temps.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at Trimble in France.

What You Will Do

  • Direct sales of the BIM software Tekla Structures, Trimble Connect, Trimble Nova, Stabicad and related solutions to stakeholders in the construction industry, such as planning offices, steel fabricators, precast concrete companies or construction companies.
  • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations (together with Sales Engineer) and contract negotiations online and on-site, including proposal preparation and closing.
  • Strategic management of the sales territory , focusing on new customer acquisition, forecasting and reporting.
  • Documentation and maintenance of customer contacts in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Maintaining contacts and networks and working closely with customers and interested parties to identify industry trends and opportunities in the market and optimally tailor solutions to their requirements.
  • Attending industry events, conferences and customer events.
  • Collaborate with Trimble's lead generation, marketing, presales, support and customer success teams.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Experience of selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, preferably in the construction industry / BIM software.
  • Trustworthy communication and presentation competencies, ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proactivity and great organizational skills. Willingness to document your activities in the CRM system (we are working with Salesforce).
  • Ability to commit to team goals and company ambition.
  • Fluent French and good English language skills.
  • Ability to travel, apprx. 30%.
