The Leather Goods Senior Designer will be reporting to the Leather Goods Director and working closely with the Creative direction : 

  • Following the Head Designer's input: nourishes and illustrates inspirations of the collection's concept with extensive research, establishes themes, designs, seasonal color cards, nourishes the raw material direction, creates mock-ups to build impactful and successful collections, aligned with Brand DNA.
  • In collaboration with the Product Development team: ensures development research and creative proposals and solutions. Secures that the collection is delivered within development timings and is consistent with the creative concepts.
  • Guarantees that design output follows the Leather Goods collection plans and calendars, in line with business needs, by collaborating with Collection Merchandising.
  • In charge of preparing Collection meetings and updating all the related documents
  • Integrates quality, target costs and margins in his/her creative process
  • Ensures the consistency of the design from concept to final product in store
  • Participates in the styling sessions, lookbook and show with the Creative Director.

Profile 

You have at least 5 years' previous experience in designing, creating and developing leathergoods. You have a strong fashion culture and excellent communication skills. You enjoy working with versatility, structure and organisation. 

Spoken Italian is a plus. 

Good command of Illustrator / Photoshop, ProCreate and other tools.
