Cartier is recruiting a: LEATHER GOODS, ACCESSORIES AND FRAGRANCES COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER (CDI) Within the International Communications department, you support the implementation of communication projects in accordance with the Maison's strategic priorities. You contribute to the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects across all communication touchpoints. Finally, you ensure a rapid and consistent deployment of communication activations and campaigns by sharing a collaborative mindset between central teams, touchpoint experts, and regional markets. You report to the Leather Goods, Accessories & Fragrances Communication Director. In this context, your main responsibilities are as follows:
  • Orchestrate 360 Communication Projects for Leather Goods, Accessories & Fragrances
  • Support the development and coordination of 360° communication plans, including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and activation frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of communication briefs based on the defined strategy.
  • Manage the deployment of campaigns and activations by consolidating contributions, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project trackers and calendars.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams (Marketing, Brand Content, PR, Media, Events, Digital, Clients...) to ensure the follow-up of deliverables and guarantee alignment.
  • Support Regional Teams on 360° Communication Projects
  • Prepare and coordinate the distribution of regional guidelines and communication tools.
  • Coordinate the collection of feedback from markets and consolidate contributions for central review.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of materials and support regional understanding of campaign/activation objectives and execution.
  • Coordinate the A&P Budget Allocation
  • Assist in the definition of annual budget guidelines per touchpoint and per communication project (for HQ experts and regions), in collaboration with the Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • For HQ-led projects, track and monitor budget expenditures with touchpoint experts, ensuring adherence to guidelines and proactively identifying potential overspend or underspend.
  • Support the preparation of budget reports and presentations, providing clear and concise summaries of spending and ROI.
  • Contribute to the optimisation of budget allocation by analysing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze performance and business intelligence -
  • Collect and analyze KPIs and communication insights from competition, collaborate with MCC strategic planning team and communication experts to analyze and leverage communication insights and performance indicators.
  • Improve Process Efficiency and Information Flow
  • Prepare meeting materials, status updates, toolkits, and summaries to ensure smooth communication within the team and between departments.
  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign/activation materials, project timelines, and asset approvals.
  • Contribute to ensuring the consistency of messages and brand alignment across all content and formats. PROFILE & REQUIRED SKILLS Graduate of a Master's degree (Grande École / University) in communications, marketing or humanities/social sciences, you have at least 3 years of experience in communications in markets or centrally.
