We have an exciting role for you as HR Assistant (Alternant), where you'll be the superhero our colleagues need. Curious about what you'll do? Let's dive in:
- Complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system updates, and coordination with IT and managers.
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as benefits, payroll inputs, DocuSign documents, and organizational chart updates.
- Ensure compliance with residency cards, occupational health visits, audits, and policy updates.
- Handle training requests and maintain accurate HR data and documentation.
- Support internal communications and contribute to well-being initiatives.
That sounded great, right? To feel happy and confident in this role, it would be wonderful if you bring the following background:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ideally Master's level).
- English and French at C1 level.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
