Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

Within the IT department - NWM, you join the project team, composed of several experts. In this team, we work to drive projects and evolutions to meet user needs and ensure optimal functioning of the systems.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

  • Manage projects and evolutions by supporting the business in the specification of needs, the definition of the roadmap, and the monitoring of the backlog;
  • Organize and manage studies and projects, from launch to commissioning, as well as long-term operational monitoring;
  • Organize and follow the recipe and TNR phases, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and secure implementation;
  • Lead and support change by drafting operational procedures and hosting meetings to accompany teams in this transition;
  • Follow the releases by managing incidents and corrective actions to ensure optimal system operation.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have successful experience in project management.

You master:

  • The definition of needs and participation in the choice of solutions in a pragmatic way;
  • Project management and banking processes;
  • The SAB core banking.

You are:

  • Endowed with a good sense of service/customer orientation;
  • Recognized for your communication skills, anticipation and team spirit;
  • Rigorous in your approach.

You master English with a B2 level.
