Sales Enablement Manager

Dans le cadre de la transformation des pratiques commerciales au sein de la Direction Commerciale, Digitale & Tech, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la définition, la structuration et le déploiement des stratégies d?activation commerciale des produits digitaux.
Votre objectif : renforcer la performance des équipes terrain en unifiant les pratiques, les process et les messages, et en pilotant l?ensemble des initiatives d?enablement à l?échelle des régions.
?? MissionsConcevoir et déployer les programmes d?activation commerciale des produits digitaux : audiences, messages, contenus, méthodes et outils.
Définir des frameworks et process d?enablement pour harmoniser les pratiques commerciales et maximiser l?impact business.
Produire les argumentaires et contenus d?aide à la vente : propositions de valeur, présentations, vidéos, fiches produits, kits d?adoption.
Piloter le calendrier Enablement et coordonner l?action des équipes Produit, Business, Marketing et Régions.
Garantir la cohérence, la qualité et la pertinence des messages et supports, dans le respect des standards éditoriaux.
Prioriser les initiatives selon la valeur business et les ressources disponibles, avec un suivi rigoureux des KPI.
Contribuer à la refonte des process d?activation et de communication dans une logique d?amélioration continue.
Favoriser une culture collaborative et structurer les échanges entre les parties prenantes internes.
Profil candidat:
? Profil recherchéExpérience confirmée en Sales Enablement, Marketing Produit ou Stratégie Commerciale, idéalement dans un environnement international et matriciel.
Capacité à structurer et repenser des process à grande échelle.
Très bonne compréhension des leviers d?efficacité commerciale : CRM, data, ciblage, messaging.
Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et sens du storytelling.
Esprit analytique, collaboratif et orienté résultats.
À l?aise dans la coordination transverse et le pilotage de projets complexes.
