With 2M requests served by our API on a daily basis, a product roadmap full and a competitive product with 21 modules as well as a clear market fit. We're looking for a Technical Lead Engineer — someone who's deeply hands-on, with strong technical judgment and a genuine love for building scalable, elegant systems.
This isn't a people-management position. You'll work directly with the Head of Engineering, act as a technical reference for the team, and take ownership of critical architectural and product decisions.
Roughly 70% of your time will be spent on design, architecture, and coding — the rest collaborating, reviewing, and supporting other developers.
As the team continues to grow in the coming months, this role is expected to evolve naturally into a broader technical leadership position, with more impact on architecture decisions, mentoring, and team structure.
You should be fully confident operating across the stack, from designing and optimizing high-performance backend services and asynchronous processing pipelines, to contributing to frontend architecture and managing cloud-native, serverless environments.
