Project Planner - Large Data Center Projects - Paris

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the delivery of large, complex data center construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered on time, supporting fast-paced programs with demanding schedules and multiple stakeholders.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop and maintain robust project schedules across the full project lifecycle, from early design through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for large-scale data centre projects
  • Ensure the release of the execution schedule
  • Track progress, identify critical path activities, and highlight risks and delays
  • Integrate inputs from design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
  • Prepare planning reports and dashboards for internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Ensure schedules align with contractual requirements and delivery milestone

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Planner on large construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in mission-critical facilities or complex MEP-heavy projects
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces, and dependencies
  • Ability to analyse schedule impacts and clearly communicate findings
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills in
    both English and French

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working on hyperscale or colocation data center projects
  • Knowledge of commissioning and phased handover strategies
  • Exposure to NEC, FIDIC, or similar contract forms
