Dupple operates a fast-growing network of niche newsletters reaching hundreds of thousands of subscribers across tech, finance, marketing, and cybersecurity. Our brands include Techpresso, Devshot, Finpresso, Cyberpresso, Marketingshot, and Toolradar.
We are a small, profitable, and fully remote team building the future of B2B media. We move fast, ship often, and use AI extensively across everything we do.
The Role
You will own post-sale advertiser relationships for our newsletter network. This is a hybrid role: part high-touch customer service, part strategic marketing consultancy. Your goal is to make advertisers successful—and turn that success into renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships.
You will be the face of Dupple for our clients, responsible for their experience from first campaign to renewal and beyond.
What You Will Do
Client Management
- Be the primary point of contact for advertisers—fast responses, proactive communication, zero dropped balls
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Build genuine relationships that turn one-time buyers into long-term partners
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor daily ad performance across our newsletter network
- Spot issues early, fix them fast, and communicate transparently
- Analyze campaign metrics and deliver actionable insights to clients
Strategic Consulting
- Review and optimize sponsored ad copy—you know what makes people click
- Advise clients on landing pages, lead magnets, and full-funnel strategy
- Recommend the right newsletter mix based on client goals and audience fit
Growth
- Own renewals and drive account expansion (new newsletters, higher frequency, consultancy add-ons)
- Identify upsell opportunities proactively, not reactively
- Hit and exceed retention and expansion targets
What We Are Looking For
- Based in EU or US timezone (required for client overlap)
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and B2B advertising
- Highly organized—nothing slips through the cracks
- Proactive communicator who anticipates client needs
- Comfortable with data and performance analysis
- You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work faster and smarter

- 90%+ renewal rate on managed accounts
- 120%+ net revenue retention (NRR) within 12 months
- 10–20% quarterly upsell growth across your book of business
- 98%+ on-time, error-free campaign delivery
- Happy clients who refer others and expand their spend
Compensation
$45k–$60k (base + performance bonuses)
Plus annual profit share based on company performance

Must-have
- Native-level English (written and spoken)—our clients are US-based
- 2+ years in account management, client success, or media sales
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, newsletters, or B2B marketing
- Copywriting chops—you can write and recognize high-converting ad copy
- Ultra-organized and detail-oriented; nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfortable with data—you can read campaign metrics and explain them to clients
Nice-to-have
- Experience with newsletter advertising or sponsorships
- Background in account management, performance marketing, growth, or demand gen
- Familiarity with the tech/SaaS ecosystem
Mindset
- You are commercially minded—confident discussing money, renewals, and upsells
