En quelques motsCherry Pick est à la recherche d'un Product Owner API Basket and Order(H/F), pour le compte de l'un de ses clients qui opère dans le domaine de l'Hôtelière.

Description? Le Contexte

Au sein d?un grand groupe international, vous rejoignez la Tribe Distribution API. Cette entité est au c?ur de la stratégie digitale du groupe, fournissant les services essentiels aux différents canaux de vente (Web, App, sites marques, etc.).

Nous recherchons un Product Owner très expérimenté pour prendre le leadership de la Feature Team en charge de la couche Business des services "Basket and Order".

Il s'agit d'une brique stratégique : elle agit comme l'orchestrateur central qui standardise et automatise le processus de réservation (chambres et produits annexes) en s'adaptant au contexte client et aux canaux de distribution.

? Vos Missions Principales

Sous la responsabilité du Product Director et en lien fonctionnel avec le Senior PO, vous pilotez la roadmap et garantissez la qualité des APIs exposées aux consommateurs.

  1. Vision & Stratégie Produit

Définir et maintenir la roadmap de la brique Basket & Order en accord avec la stratégie du VP Product.

Gérer et prioriser le Backlog pour maximiser la valeur métier.

Assurer l'alignement avec l'ensemble de l'écosystème : consommateurs (Front-ends) et systèmes Back-end.

  1. Expertise Technique & Spécifications

Rédiger des spécifications techniques précises pour des APIs REST.

Concevoir des User Stories détaillées et exploitables par les développeurs.

Garantir la cohérence des patterns d'orchestration de services.

  1. Pilotage Agile & Delivery

Encadrer la Feature Team (méthodologie Scrum) et animer les rituels.

Faciliter les échanges entre les interlocuteurs techniques et métier.

Garantir le respect des délais de livraison et la qualité des mises en production.

Profil candidat:

? Le Profil Recherché

Nous recherchons avant tout un profil à forte culture technique, capable de dialoguer d'égal à égal avec les développeurs tout en portant la vision produit.

Compétences Techniques (Impératif) :

Expertise API : Maîtrise avancée des architectures API REST et des concepts d'orchestration.

Background Tech : Une ancienne expérience de développeur ou une très forte appétence technique est indispensable pour rédiger les specs.

Agilité : Expertise confirmée en tant que PO dans une Feature Team Scrum.

Soft Skills :

Leadership : Capacité à embarquer une équipe et à faciliter les prises de décision.

Communication : Excellente communication transverse (Tech & Métier).

Anglais Professionnel : Impératif (contexte international).

Les "Plus" appréciés :

Expérience dans le secteur du Retail ou de l'Hôtellerie/Tourisme.

Expérience concrète sur des mécanismes de gestion de commandes (Order) ou de réservation.

Équipe : Feature Team dédiée au sein de la Tribe.

Enjeux : Fort trafic, haute disponibilité, complexité fonctionnelle (orchestration contextuelle).
