MISSION

Au sein de l'Academy corporate et des fonctions Groupe, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des Directions métiers des fonctions support du Groupe. Vous les accompagnez afin de les aider à définir les besoins actuels de développement des compétences de leurs collaborateurs, anticiper ceux à venir dans le cadre de transformations ainsi que les besoins plus génériques des autres collaborateurs du Groupe sur les sujets corporate.

Vous leur proposez des solutions de formations adaptées et développez, le cas échéant, avec le support d'ingénieurs pédagogiques, des solutions d'apprentissage individuelles et collectives innovantes sur les compétences techniques métier de votre périmètre ou plus transverses sur le Groupe. Vous pouvez animer certaines de ces solutions en fonction de votre expertise.

Vous contribuez par le développement de parcours communs pour les différentes entités du Groupe à la création d'une culture Groupe dans ces dernières.

Vous collaborez étroitement avec les différentes équipes du Learning Groupe (Operations, LX Factory et Digital Learning) pour la création et la mise en œuvre des solutions.

RESPONSABILITES

Être reconnu comme le point d'entrée de l'Académie des fonctions Groupe pour les domaines dont vous êtes responsable Développer un réseau au sein des directions métiers afin de connaitre, de comprendre et d'anticiper les besoins des différents métiers à tous les niveaux.Ecouter, analyser, challenger et structurer les besoins de développement de compétences des Directions métiers en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les HRBP du périmètre.Rédiger un cahier des charges et lancer un appel d'offre en partenariat avec les achats, sélectionner les prestataires retenus dans le respect de la charte prix / qualité.Collaborer à la maîtrise d'ouvrage et piloter des projets de formation complexes en assurant le suivi de la conception et de la production.Avec l'aide d'ingénieurs pédagogiques pour les sujets elearning notamment, ou de prestataires, proposer, concevoir et animer des solutions répondant aux besoins de vos clients. Elaborer les contenus : trainer's guide, supports formateurs et participants.Communiquer les éléments nécessaires à la rédaction des matériels nécessaires au marketing des solutions créées.Identifier, évaluer, former et animer un réseau d'intervenants internes (formateurs internes occasionnels) et externes.Evaluer l'impact des solutions d'apprentissage mises en place et les faire évoluer.S'assurer d'avoir un parcours de formation pour les principaux métiers de votre périmètre.S'assurer d'avoir les solutions transverses adaptées aux besoins du Groupe sur les sujets stratégiques ou pour lesquels le Groupe doit répondre à des obligations légales

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre expertise métier et vos compétences en gestion de projet. Vous aimez transmettre et contribuer au développement des compétences de vos pairs ou collaborateurs. Curieux, ouvert, vous restez à l'écoute des évolutions de votre métier. Vous êtes à l'aise pour gérer efficacement des situations complexes .

Votre aisance relationnelle vous permet de développer continuellement votre réseau.

Les solutions que vous apportez sont innovantes, pragmatiques et orientées client.

Vous maitrisez le pack office, l'anglais et le français à l'écrit et à l'oral et êtes capable d'animer en français et en anglais.
