What You'll DoAs our Head of IT, you will be the cornerstone of our internal security and IT strategy. Your role is to ensure that every person at Nabla can work productively and securely, with the right tools, access, and support in place. You will drive our security-first IT roadmap, partnering with leadership to scale our practices as the company grows.
You will:
Own Nabla's IT security posture across user endpoints, SaaS tools, and cloud environments
Manage our MDM setup (currently Jamf Pro) for Macs and mobile devices
Harden access to internal systems using modern Zero Trust principles with Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and other leading providers
Design and scale user lifecycle management, identity and access controls, and vendor provisioning
Collaborate with our Head of Security and CTO to align IT initiatives with broader security and engineering goals
Build secure-by-default workflows that enhance productivity while maintaining high assurance
Evaluate and implement internal tools and systems (SaaS, asset tracking, etc.) to support team needs
You have 5+ years of experience in IT, security engineering, or infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or ownership position
You have hands-on experience with MDMs like Jamf Pro, and endpoint security tools for macOS/iOS/Android
You are familiar with identity and access management best practices (SSO, SCIM, conditional access)
You understand SaaS and cloud security, including Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
You have a product mindset: you design processes that are easy for others to adopt
You are proactive, pragmatic, and communicative
Bonus: experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance
Our offices are based in Paris 3e (Arts & Métiers).
Remote policy: 1-2 days a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1-2 weeks once a year.
Your TeamYou will report to the CTO and work closely with the Head of Security, Engineering Managers, and Operations. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role with broad cross-functional exposure.
