About Our Team
The EMEA Field Marketing team is a critical component of Okta's ambitious growth strategy in the region. We are a passionate, high-impact group that works in close partnership with Sales and other cross-functional teams to drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and build brand presence. This specific team is focused on igniting growth and building a sustainable marketing strategy across the key markets of Southern Europe: France, Italy, and Spain. About This Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to step into the role of Manager, Regional Field Marketing for Southern Europe. This is a pivotal role for our EMEA expansion, responsible for building and executing a market-specific strategy that directly contributes to accelerated regional growth. This is a
player-coach
position where you will lead a team of two talented marketers while also actively driving key strategic initiatives yourself. We seek a leader who can think strategically, act collaboratively, and is excited to innovate with new approaches, including the application of AI in marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Strategy & Leadership: Be accountable for developing and executing the comprehensive marketing strategy for Southern Europe (France, Italy, and Spain), ensuring alignment with EMEA and global objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of two Field Marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Sales Partnership: Drive accelerated business growth by working in close partnership with the regional Sales leadership, aligning marketing efforts to sales goals, and owning accountability for marketing attach targets.
  • Program Execution: Oversee the development and delivery of impactful, integrated marketing programs that resonate with local markets and drive measurable results.
  • Partner Ecosystem: Cultivate and expand relationships with the regional partner ecosystem to help drive growth by extending market reach across Southern Europe.
  • Innovation: Champion an innovative approach to marketing, continuously exploring and implementing new strategies, including expressing excitement about the potential for AI to transform marketing effectiveness.

What Experience You Have
Demonstrated experience in regional or field marketing, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.

  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a small team, acting as a true player-coach.
  • Track record of successfully partnering with Sales teams to achieve joint business objectives and marketing attach targets.
  • Experience in building and executing data-driven marketing strategies in a multi-country region.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of effectively working across various cross-functional partners (Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Communications, etc.).
  • Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in either Spanish or Italian.
  • A resourceful, 'can-do' mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
