PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
- Conception du menu : Élaborer des menus créatifs en tenant compte des préférences de la clientèle et des tendances culinaires. Encourager la créativité au sein de l'équipe pour développer de nouvelles recettes et concepts
- Gestion des approvisionnements : Sélectionner, commander et gérer les stocks d'ingrédients de haute qualité
- Contrôle de la réalisation : Contrôle de l'envoi des plats et de la conformité avec les fiches techniques
- Supervision de la cuisine : Organiser et superviser le travail de l'équipe de cuisine. Répartir les responsabilités et assurer une communication fluide pour garantir un fonctionnement efficace
- Résolution de problèmes : Gérer les imprévus et résoudre rapidement les problèmes opérationnels. Maintenir une atmosphère positive et cohésive dans la cuisine, même dans des situations stressantes
- Collaboration avec le personnel de service : Coordonner avec le personnel en salle pour assurer une communication efficace entre la cuisine et le service.
- Respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité : Veiller à ce que la cuisine respecte les normes d'hygiène alimentaire et de sécurité. Former le personnel aux procédures de sécurité et s'assurer de la propreté constante de la cuisine.

Rémunération : 4 800,00€ à 6 000,00€ par mois
