As the third largest Chinese automotive exporter, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. operates in over 100 countries and has sold more than 17 million vehicles. In 2024, the group reached 2.6 million units, including 1.14 million exports.
In this context, iCaur, Chery's premium off-road brand founded in 2023, stands out for its modern design and innovative technologies. From 2026, the brand will launch its models in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, with the ambition to become a reference in the premium off-road segment.
To support this growth, iCaur is building a strong operational structure in France and is recruiting talented professionals to join the adventure.

Responsibilities / Missions
As Dealer Network Development (DND) Manager, you report directly to the Sales Director and are responsible for the strategic and operational development of iCaur's dealer network in France:
Define and drive the dealer network development strategy to maximize market coverage and support commercial objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential new partners to open dealerships and strengthen the existing network.
Monitor network performance, analyze KPIs, and propose action plans to optimize commercial results.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, After-Sales, Finance) to ensure alignment and efficiency of network initiatives.
Support and train dealers to ensure service quality, brand consistency, and achievement of targets.
Profile / Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in dealer network development and management, ideally in the automotive, premium, or luxury sectors.
Strong knowledge of the French automotive market and dealership networks.
Excellent strategic, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent in French and English.
Natural leadership, self-starter, autonomous, and results-oriented.
