As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Production Manager who will not only lead the production of our largest and most exciting SSI experiences, but also manage a team of Associate and Junior producers, to ensure that high-quality experiences are delivered.
This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the production of live events, shows, touring production, culinary experience and/or immersive experiences. The Lead Producer will be accountable for the implementation and perfect execution of scalable events across his/her region. He'll be responsible for challenging and adapting the event to the local specificities, proposing new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever's experiences, as well as play a pivotal role in shaping our event strategy.
Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing fun and entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal and project management skills.
About the Role:Manage all aspects of event/projects productions, including pre-production logistics planning, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-upManage several productions and help scale various Fever Original SSI events against team targets. Efficiently manage your portfolio of events, SSI being characterized by a high volume of events happening simultaneously.Develop and manage event production budgets, optimizing resources to achieve strategic goals, identifying revenue generating opportunities and cost-saving measuresManage a team of local producers, providing guidance and support.Source and manage freelancers, vendors and service providers and ensure delivery of quality services as per company standards.Conduct venue research and booking, negotiate contracts with venues, third party vendors and talentsCreate productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to scheduleSecure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments when necessary, be knowledgeable of regulations and best practices.Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, departments, and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverablesWork with the Project Management team to ensure client expectations and standards are met.Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required About You:
You have a successful track record of production management of live events / shows with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.
Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.
5+ years of experience in live event and/or experience production industry1-2 years of people management experienceExperience as production or project manager for theatre/dance entertainment or similar project involving the management of third party vendors and contractors is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient wayProven experience in vendor negotiations, in managing production budgets and production issues such as permitting, rules and regulations.Understanding of fabrication processes.Curious, with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on.You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions.You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
