LE CHALLENGE QU'ELLE VOUS PROPOSE
Encadré(e) par la Recruiting Manager, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre de la politique de recrutement des candidats étudiants ou sortis d'écoles tout en animant un réseau de prestigieuses écoles de commerce et d'ingénieurs.
-Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement de votre périmètre : screening de CV, préqualifications, coordination des processus et gestion des offres
-Intervenir comme contact privilégié des candidats : coaching et maintien du lien
-Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Consultants et Recruiting Directors en France et à l'international en leur apportant conseil et feedbacks réguliers
-Organiser des évènements sur les différents campus à destination des candidats : conférences, ateliers, cocktails etc.
-Entretenir les relations écoles, partenariats et communautés d'alumnis
CE QUI FAIT VOTRE DIFFÉRENCE
Formation : Bac+5 minimum en école de commerce
Expérience : Première expérience requise sur un poste en
recrutement ou campus management
Compétences : Pack Office (maitrise), Anglais (B2 minimum)
Qualités : Rigueur, bonne communication, leadership, adaptabilité et proactivité
