L'entreprise connaît une croissance forte, portée par une stratégie marketing performante qui génère la majorité des opportunités commerciales.Description En lien direct avec la Head of Marketing, vous piloterez l'ensemble des leviers d'acquisition, de growth et de diffusion de contenus pour renforcer notre pipeline commercial :
  1. Gestion de campagnes 360° : conception et diffusion de campagnes multicanales (webinars, livres blancs, événements, emailing, réseaux sociaux…)
  2. Pilotage acquisition & growth : stratégie paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), optimisation des funnels, scoring Hubspot, tests ABM, etc.
  3. Suivi de performance & optimisation : reporting MQL/Demo/Deals, amélioration continue des outils, site Webflow, co-marketing…
Exigences
  1. Marketing & Growth Manager avec minimum 4 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement B2B SaaS ou technologique
  2. Maîtrise des campagnes payantes, génération de leads, diffusion de contenu multicanal, outils de marketing automation (Hubspot idéalement)
  3. Profil polyvalent, autonome, rigoureux, avec un bon niveau rédactionnel (FR) et opérationnel (EN)
