Vos missions
Missions principales
Définir et piloter la stratégie growth et marketing SaaS (B2B & B2C)
Structurer et optimiser les funnels SaaS (acquisition, activation, rétention, conversion, referral – AARRR)
Activer l'ensemble des canaux médias directs et indirects :
SEO, SEA, Ads, Emailing, Social Media, contenu, landing pagesCoordonner l'équipe marketing (webdesigner, alternant(e) social media)
Collaborer avec les équipes produit, tech et experts métiers pour aligner marketing, usage et valeur produit
Piloter plusieurs produits SaaS et projets en parallèle
Mettre en place des automatisations marketing & CRM (no-code, IA)
Suivre et optimiser les KPIs SaaS : MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, activation, conversion, ROAS
Assurer une veille continue sur les outils SaaS, le growth et l'IA
Votre profil
Profil recherché
10 ans d'expérience minimum en growth marketing ou marketing digital SaaS
Solide compréhension des modèles d'abonnement et revenus récurrents
Expérience confirmée en multi-produits / multi-projets
Capacité à coordonner une équipe tout en restant opérationnel(le)
Expertise en :
Acquisition SaaS (SEO, SEA, Ads, outbound)
Marketing automation & lifecycle
Funnels AARRR & activation produit
Analyse de données & pilotage de KPIs
Outils no-code & IA
Soft skills
Vision produit et orientation business
Excellent communication multichannel
Leadership, autonomie et priorisation
Culture test & learn et data-driven
