À la croisée entre tâches opérationnelles et optimisation du produit : tu participeras à alimenter et construire la mécanique interne du simulateur qui aide des centaines de milliers d'utilisateurs à accéder à leurs droits.

Nous avons déjà recensé plus de 2 000 aides financières et accompagnons plus de utilisateurs via un réseau de 200 clients (entreprises, bailleurs sociaux, écoles).

L'équipe Content est un pôle de l'équipe Produit : nous structurons le parcours, l'éligibilité et le contenu qui permettent d'identifier les dispositifs pertinents pour chaque utilisateur.

Tes missions

En collaboration étroite avec le manager Content, ton rôle contribuera aux 3 grands axes du pôle avec une montée en compétences progressive vers des sujets logiques, techniques et structurants.

1. Exhaustivité du contenu

  • Intégrer de nouvelles aides dans le back-office (description, conditions, montants).

2. Qualité & cohérence du contenu

  • Actualiser et fiabiliser les aides existantes.
  • Rendre les aides, leurs conditions d'éligibilité et les questions et claires et pertinentes selon les profils utilisateurs.
  • Contribuer à organiser et fluidifier l'ordre et la logique de la simulation pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur.

3. Optimisation des outils et des process

  • Participer à la documentation et à la structuration des process internes.
  • Améliorer les processus métiers existants (projets d'automatisation assistants IA & développement d'outils internes en no-code)

Ton évolution

À mesure que tu montes en compétence, tu pourras :

  • Construire et maintenir des modules de calcul complexes (règles conditionnelles & logique Javascript simple).
  • Suivre des indicateurs data pour améliorer la cohérence et la performance du parcours.
  • Prendre en charge l'analyse et l'optimisation de l'arbre de questions.
  • Participer aux projets transverses nécessitant une excellente compréhension de la mécanique du simulateur.
  • Devenir la personne référente sur les sujets structurels, logiques et techniques du contenu.

Profil recherché

On ne cherche pas un profil parfait mais on aimerait que tu te reconnaisses dans ces points :

  • Tu te considères comme logique, structuré·e et curieux·se
  • Tu as un esprit analytique et rigoureux.
  • Tu apprécies un rôle opérationnel, polyvalent et orienté résolution.
  • Tu apprends vite et tu n'as pas peur des sujets complexes.
  • Tu es motivé·e par l'idée de travailler sur un produit à fort impact social.

Une appétence pour les sujets d'automatisation IA, le no-code ou la logique algorithmique (même simple) est un plus, mais pas un prérequis.

  • Enfin tu rencontreras le reste de l'équipe dont les fondateurs (Cyprien et Gabrielle)
