Contexte

Tessan est une start-up française spécialisée en télémédecine, avec pour mission de lutter contre les déserts médicaux.

En moins de 7 ans, près de
1500 dispositifs
ont été déployés partout en France — et ce n'est qu'un début

Notre objectif :
permettre à chaque Français d'avoir accès à un médecin à moins de 15 minutes de chez lui
.

Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de structuration de nos équipes techniques, nous recrutons un(e)
Engineering Manager (H/F)
Tu rejoins Tessan sur un rôle clé combinant :

  • un lead technique fort
  • du management d'équipe
  • une implication très hands-on sur les sujets backend, DevOps et/ou IA

Missions
Management & Leadership

  • Manager une équipe de 5 ingénieurs
  • Lead une équipe transverse de 2 profils seniors dédiée à la Developer Experience (DevEx) et à l'architecture
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences (coaching, feedbacks, objectifs)
  • Participer aux recrutements et à la structuration de l'équipe tech
  • Favoriser une culture d'excellence technique et de collaboration

Vision & Roadmap technique

  • Définir et piloter la roadmap technique
  • Porter la vision d'architecture de la plateforme
  • Garantir la qualité, la performance, la sécurité et la scalabilité des systèmes
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit et Business

Hands-on & Expertise technique

  • Concevoir et développer des APIs backend robustes et scalables
  • Intervenir sur les sujets techniques les plus complexes ou structurants
  • Participer aux choix technologiques (backend, infra, IA)
  • Améliorer la résilience et la scalabilité de la solution de télémédecine

Compétences requises
Maîtriser au moins 2 des 3 domaines suivants :

  • Backend
  • DevOps
  • IA / Machine Learning

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en développement backend
  • Expérience significative en environnements cloud et production et/ou IA
  • Première expérience réussie en management
  • À l'aise sur un poste hybride technique & humain
  • Sens de l'impact, pragmatisme et autonomie
  • Une expérience en santé est un plus
