YOUR FUTURE TEAM

Dayuse is looking for a Business Developer - English Speaker to join our Business Development team in Paris.

This team is the spearhead of our international expansion. You will be at the heart of Dayuse's growth, with a direct and measurable impact on our success in the American market.

YOUR IMPACT

The US market represents a massive opportunity for Dayuse. As a Business Developer, your mission is to plant the Dayuse flag in key US cities by convincing the most prestigious hotels (3, 4, and 5-star) to join our platform. Your success will directly fuel the growth of our portfolio and solidify our position as a global leader.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSIONS
  • Proactively generate a high volume of qualified meetings (15+ per week) through cold calling, emailing, etc.
  • Source, negotiate, and close (an average of 4+ per week) new 3, 4, and 5-star hotel partners in key US territories.
  • Pitch the Dayuse value proposition to high-level decision-makers (General Managers, VPs of Sales, etc.).
  • Lead and execute strategic prospecting "projects" to address urgent business opportunities and critical market needs.
  • Manage your entire sales cycle and maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Target and close deals with local and mid-sized hotel management companies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
YOUR KEYS TO SUCCESS (THE FIRST 6 MONTHS)

Within 1 month: you will have fully integrated with the Sales team, other key departments, and your manager. You will demonstrate strong curiosity and soft skills, and you will have mastered our value proposition and internal tools.

Within 3 months: you will be fully autonomous in your prospecting. Your primary goal will be to consistently generate a high volume of qualified meetings (15+ per week) and begin closing your first deals.

Within 6 months: you will have completed your 3-month ramp-up period and will be consistently hitting your target of 5+ new signed contracts per week. You will be a key driver of our growth in the US market.

ABOUT YOU
  • You hold a degree from a higher education institution, ideally in international business or hospitality.
  • You have at least 2 years of successful experience in Business Development, preferably in the hospitality, SaaS, or Travel Tech industries.
  • Fluent/bilingual English is a must-have to communicate effectively with prospects and our international team.
  • You have a strong command of prospecting techniques (cold calling, emailing, social selling) and are proactive in suggesting process improvements.
  • You have a "hunter" mindset, are results-driven, and possess the tenacity to achieve ambitious goals.
  • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • You are flexible to adapt your schedule for calls with partners in US time zones.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Package: €50-60K (60% Base Salary + 40% Uncapped Variable)
  • Up to 2 remote work days per week.
  • An attractive compensation package: Fixed Salary + Bonus + over-achievement plan.
