Le posteProject Management Officer – MRO Industrial Transfer (F/M)
Malakoff, France | Aerospace Sector | International Project Context
As part of a strategic transfer of MRO activities between European sites, we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the transformation team and structure the project activities according to internal and contractual standards.
This mission supports a major aerospace group in its post-acquisition integration phase. You will work closely with project leaders and the control tower team to ensure reporting, budget, and KPI standards are fully applied.

Your main tasks:
Deploy and manage planning, risk, budget, KPI, and reporting tools
Support project managers in applying internal methodologies (GRP
Coordinate budget reporting with the central finance department
Organize recurring project review routines
Assess project maturity and support continuous improvement
Profil recherchéHard skills:
Strong project management experience (aerospace preferred)
Budget control, dashboard reporting, KPI monitoring
Excellent command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word – 2010 minimum)
Familiar with multi-site, multi-cultural project environments
Comfortable with BI tools and performance tracking systems
Soft skills:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Autonomous, rigorous, results-driven
Confidentiality and discretion are key
Location: Malakoff, France – short trips in France and the UK
