The Clinic crew is on a mission to change this. We're building Alan's Clinic—
a comprehensive health services platform that connects members with a diverse team of health professionals
(therapists, doctors, physiotherapists, and more) who provide personalised, immediate care through chat and video consultations.

As a Software Engineer on the Clinic crew, you'll be working on services
that directly impact thousands of members' health journeys every day
. You'll build the member experience, the operations stack that empowers our health professionals, and the underlying clinic platform that makes it all possible.

• Make healthcare personal
  : Develop tools that empower health professionals to offer empathetic, tailored, and efficient support, leveraging AI to support each member's unique story.

  : Develop the platform infrastructure that allows us to proactively support members in staying healthy.
• Secured by design
  : Navigate complex healthcare regulations and compliance requirements while maintaining Alan's renowned high-quality, secure, human-centred experience.

  : Working on a product impacted members in many countries.

You'll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access (more details in this article).

You're the perfect fit if you have:

• Member-facing product expertise
• you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale
• Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#.
• Clear progression in your career
• increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.
• Humble
  and still willing to grow.
• Fluent in English
  (no need to speak French).

• Experience building digital health
  products in a fast-paced environment
• Mobile development experience
  (React Native) - our members live on mobile
