YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Based in SIDEL's headquarters in Octeville-sur-Mer (76), the Sourcing Quotation Manager will play a critical role in defining and implementing the most effective processes, tools and methodologies in across the Quotation process, securing compliance with Group policies and procedures.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Director Strategic Sourcing Excellence ECA, you will drive simplification and digitalization of the entire Quotation process in accordance with the Company digital roadmap. Your missions will be the following:

Supervise the assignment process of the purchasing requests for all the entities of the Group.

Process and/or assign Emergency requests in a dedicated flow.

Lead and oversee the end-to-end RFQ process, including the coordiation of internal Team and the external service providers.

Manage timelines and ensure responses are received within deadlines.

Ensure that process is align with company policies and procedures.

Support and/or drive the simplification/digitalization in the quotation process.

Provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and supplier improvements.

Collaborate within our Sourcing Organization and with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Service, Spare Parts, Engineering, Industrial Engeneering).

Closely collaborate with Spare parts/Service organization Teams in order to estimate the cost some specific parts/sub-assemblies.

Track and report performance metrics.

YOUR PROFILE

The profile we are looking for has a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in RFQ, procurement, or sourcing management.
Cost estimation expertise, strong understanding of supply chain processes and good knowledge of general mechanics and commercial components items are essential to the role.
Easy reading of technical drawings would be a plus.
Proficient use of MS Office, Outlook, ERPs : SAP, GP, IFM (4/HANA and Ariba tools are an asset).

Fluency in both French and English languages is a must.
Proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
