Description de la mission:
Notre client recherche un Product Manager IA pour accompagner le développement et l?industrialisation d?offres d?intelligence artificielle appliquées aux cas d?usage B2B.
La mission s?inscrit dans un environnement innovant, au sein des équipes Digital Services / IA Products, impliquées dans la création et le pilotage de solutions d?agents IA, de pipelines RAG et d?applications digitales intelligentes.
interviendra en support des équipes Products & Marketing et des équipes techniques (IA, Data, Architecture, Innovation).
Objectifs :
Structurer, piloter et accélérer la roadmap IA & Agentique (générative et RAG).
Définir et orchestrer les composants d?architectures agentiques (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LlamaIndex?).
Accompagner le développement de produits IA innovants et compétitifs, du cadrage au lancement.
Contribuer à l?industrialisation d?une offre souveraine, sécurisée et performante.
Missions :
Construire et piloter la roadmap IA / Agentique / RAG.
Définir la vision produit, les objectifs, les priorités et les critères de succès.
Assurer la cohérence entre besoins métiers, technologies et stratégie d?entreprise.
Définir les briques d?architecture agentique à offrir aux clients (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, LlamaIndex?).
Concevoir les workflows et chaînes d?agents IA adaptés aux cas d?usage B2B.
Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour garantir la fiabilité, sécurité et performance des solutions.
Définir les outils et processus pour les pipelines RAG :
ingestion, vectorisation, indexation, rafraîchissement.
Sélectionner et superviser l?intégration de bases vectorielles :
Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus.
Piloter l?intégration des connecteurs data : SQL/NoSQL, S3, API internes, SharePoint, fichiers?
Travailler étroitement avec les équipes design, tech, innovation, opérationnelles et partenaires IA.
Aligner toutes les parties prenantes internes/externes sur les priorités produit.
Assurer un reporting clair et régulier sur l?avancement.
Compétence technique :
Connaissance Framework Agentique : LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
Bonne compréhension du RAG avancé : embeddings, HNSW, distance metrics
Connaissance des bases vectorielles : Qdrant, weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus
Connaissance des guardrails IA : sécurité, filtrage, anti-hallucination, red teaming
Compréhension du model context Protocol (MCP)
Profil recherché :
+7 ans d?expérience en Product Management / Direction Produit, idéalement en IA ou produits digitaux complexes.
Excellente compréhension des architectures IA génératives, RAG, agents IA, pipelines de données.
Maîtrise des outils de gestion produit et environnement tech (Product Backlog, Miro, PowerPoint, outils data).
Culture solide Tech / Business / Expérience utilisateur.
Très bonnes compétences de communication, capacité à fédérer et synthétiser.
Expérience en environnement multi-équipes et projets pluridisciplinaires.
Anglais : courant
