About BlaBlaCar Daily

BlaBlaCar Daily, a subsidiary of BlaBlaCar's Western Europe business, focuses on short-distance carpooling (under 80 km), particularly for work-to-home commutes, and operates through a dedicated mobile application and brand. Following the acquisition of Klaxit in April 2023, short-distance carpooling is rapidly expanding, supported by co-financing partners such as local collectivities (B2G) and private employers (B2B). Our mission is to bring carpooling to every car commute and transform the potential of numerous empty car seats into a real, high-granularity network for commuters and everyday travelers, offering a pragmatic and cost-effective transportation solution for every local authority or government.

Your Mission

We are seeking a talented junior CRM Manager to be a key actor in BlaBlaCar Daily CRM strategy, specifically within the Product team, in close collaboration with the BlaBlaCar CRM central team. Your mission is to first develop a deep understanding of both our key clients, Public authorities and Corporates, and their users. Building on this knowledge, you will be responsible for leveraging our owned channels (email, push, inboxes, in-app) to define, develop, and deliver ad-hoc and automated CRM programs aimed at increasing member activity on the platform, marketing new features, and boosting feature adoption, both at a national level and in collaboration with our local partners.A key principle of your mission is the obsession with building scalable, automated, and impactful CRM journeys. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Ops and AM teams to define the optimal member experience and ensure operational efficiency and scalability across all localities. Your expertise to efficiently transform engagement insights into impactful CRM programs, supporting the go-to-market strategy for new features or new partnerships, and ensuring strong adoption of your deliveries will make you a key go-to person for the Daily team.

As a Daily CRM Manager, part of BlaBlaCar Daily Product Team led by Antoine Lancesseur, you will be the owner of the members relationship management strategy and execution, driving key business objectives, notably ensuring success of new partnerships and supporting significant carpool volumes growth. You are a highly proactive and agile contributor, possessing a strong proficiency with tools to maximize the impact of our CRM platform (Braze) across all automated and ad-hoc campaigns.

Your Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy and Roadmap:
Own the strategy for automated CRM programs, defining which segments, lifecycle stages, and channels to focus on to meet ambitious targets (e.g., +10% PAX growth, improved retention). Drive the execution of key CRM initiatives: revitalizing existing programs (like activation), creating a critical missing retention program, and supporting the launch and adoption of new features and products (like Carpool lines and White Label solutions). Translate business/product needs into clear, actionable CRM programs. Manage both ad-hoc and automated campaigns on a national and local scope.
  • End-to-End Operational Execution & Content:
End-to-end operational execution of CRM automated programs in coordination with the Product Team: from conception, to set-up, launch, follow-up measurement, and optimization. Implement campaigns leveraging our cross-channel tool, Braze (email, push notifications, in-product communications). Be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing content for new programs and leading the creative process in coordination with designers. Use data-driven insights to understand consumer needs and deliver personalized customer communication and content, ensuring high-frequency usage and retention.
  • Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Analyze CRM results and share actionable insights with key stakeholders. Proactively communicate progress and outcomes, ensuring CRM programs align with and amplify our business execution velocity.
Your Qualifications
  • Strong academic background with a preference for degrees in business, management, or related fields
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience in CRM, Marketing or Product (internships included)
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
  • Strong data and analytical skills. You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
  • You have excellent communication skills, you're humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • Comfortably engaging in discussions about technical trade-offs with engineering teams while consistently considering business objectives
  • Bring out-of-the-box thinking to turn ideas into testable increments and accelerate turning bets into business and usage reality
  • Having a tool geek mindset is a strong plus to master and leverage most of what is made available by Braze (or other tools)
  • You proactively use AI tooling to boost productivity and streamline your workflows. It is a strong plus if you also leverage AI to serve business objectives and improve the end-user experience
  • Fluency in English and French
