ABOUT THE POSITION

Today, we're growing our engineering team to rebuild and evolve our machine learning platform for trading. We're looking for an
MLOps Engineer
to help design the future of ML operations and automated execution at scale.

This is not just about deploying models—though you'll do plenty of that. It's about building robust, scalable ML infrastructure where reliability, performance, and operational excellence matter.

You'll solve complex challenges in:

• ML pipeline orchestration and model lifecycle management

• Cloud-native architectures and scalable ML infrastructure

• Automated deployment and monitoring of trading models

• Agile product delivery in close collaboration with researchers

What you'll do :

•
Design and evolve the MLOps platform
powering execution strategies and research workflows

•
Build and maintain ML pipelines
for model training, validation, deployment and monitoring

•
Develop APIs, tools, and services
tailored to research and trading teams

•
Implement CI/CD practices
for machine learning model deployment

•
Orchestrate cloud infrastructure
using AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, etc.)

•
Monitor model performance
and implement automated retraining workflows

•
Integrate new ML frameworks
and modern MLOps tools

•
Automate processes and scale the platform
using cloud-native technologies

•
Maintain platform reliability
through technical migrations, monitoring, and documentation

•
Collaborate with research, data and infrastructure teams

The ideal candidate (or close to it)

You don't need to tick every box to be a strong fit. That said, here's what we're generally looking for:

Must Have

•
5+ years of experience in Python
with deep expertise in ML libraries (Pytorch/ TensorFlow, pandas/polars, scikit-learn, numpy)

•
Strong AWS experience
with ML-focused services (SageMaker, ECS, ECR, Lambda, Batch, S3, CloudFormation/CDK)

•
MLOps expertise
including model versioning, experiment tracking, and deployment automation

•
Experience with containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools

•
CI/CD pipeline development
for ML workflows

•
Experience with ML frameworks
(PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)

• U
nderstanding of machine learning
and time series data

•
Professional fluency in English and French

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of C++ for performance-critical components

• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar MLOps platforms

• Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing

• Background in real-time systems, HPC, finance, or startups

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog)

• Currently in your final year in an engineering school or university
• Knowledge of Angular (or equivalent framework) and Python
• Knowledge of SQL
