Rattaché(e) au Hardware Manager basé à Nice, vous serez responsable de notre équipe Hardware basée à Paris tout en étant partie prenante du développement des solutions électroniques embarquées pour nos différents projets R&D.

Dans le cadre de l'activité Hardware, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Fédérer et manager notre équipe hardware en accompagnant les membres de l'équipe au quotidien, en identifiant les besoins individuels et collectifs, et en favorisant leur montée en compétences,

  • Organiser et prioriser l'activité de l'équipe en fonction des enjeux projets et des deadlines, anticiper les risques techniques et/ou technologiques,

  • Assurer le lien avec les différentes équipes et garantir une communication fluide au sein de l'équipe ainsi qu'en transversal,

  • Animer les réunions d'équipe pour partager les avancées, capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience et résoudre collectivement les problèmes afin de renforcer la cohésion et l'efficacité,

  • Participer à la définition et rédaction des spécifications techniques de l'architecture Hardware sur la base des exigences projets/produits,

  • Concevoir des cartes électroniques et optimiser les développements selon une approche design-to-cost,

  • Collaborer avec nos fournisseurs de composants électroniques et participer aux choix des composants, en intégrant les contraintes de performances, de coûts et d'industrialisation,

  • Participer à la définition et la réalisation des phases de tests, d'intégration, de validation et de qualifications, en incluant les bancs de test et mesures en laboratoires (interne et externe),

  • Documenter les développements, tests et choix techniques et participer à l'amélioration continue des process et documentations techniques.
