Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Data Processing and AI Developer
with strong expertise in designing and deploying
Customer Value Management (CVM)
and
Recommendation Systems
. In this role, you will work directly with the CTO and CEO, leading end-to-end solution development—from product design and coding to model deployment and performance optimization. You will also mentor junior engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality, production-ready AI systems for clients in the
banking
and
consumer tech
sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to design, build, and optimize CVM and recommendation systems, ensuring measurable impact on financial performance.
• Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and real-time inference systems.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, scalability, and security of AI models in production environments.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and data scientists, promoting strong coding standards and AI/ML best practices.
• Evaluate, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies to improve system performance and competitiveness.
• Align AI development with business strategy, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards in the financial and consumer domains.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML systems, specifically focusing on CVM, personalization, or recommendation engines.
• Strong programming expertise in Python or equivalent languages; proficient with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience building scalable cloud-based AI architectures and real-time data processing pipelines.
• Demonstrated success in deploying ML models to production with monitoring, versioning, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of data privacy laws, security standards, and regulatory compliance within financial and consumer tech sectors.
• Knowledge of the Russian language is a plus due to client location requirements.
