Our Data department is organized into three specialized squads: Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and Data Platform, ensuring optimal efficiency and focus.

We are now seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team, currently composed of 4 data analyst and 1 lead data analyst.

As for our tech stack, we work with Python, AWS, Snowflake, Big Query, Meltano, Terraform, Dagster, and dbt for data modeling. If you're passionate about leveraging these tools to shape the future of FinTech, we'd love to hear from you

Your Role as a Senior Data Analyst

Data analysis at Ageras means working with a large volume of data across diverse domains (payment transactions, user behavior and conversion, product usage, ticket volume, revenue, marketing...), and and draw business insights from it to support or impact the company strategy

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Data Analysis & Visualization

• Build and optimize analytical data models using dbt.

• Develop and maintain dashboards on Looker Studio and Metabase to empower teams with actionable insights.

• Analyze complex datasets to solve business challenges and provide recommendations.

• Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with Business, Tech, and Data teams to align on priorities and insights.

• Translate stakeholder needs into effective data solutions.

• Deliver clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Team Development & Best Practices

• Help grow and structure the Data Analytics team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members.

• Advocate for and implement best practices in data analysis, visualization, and architecture.
• Stay on top of emerging tools and methodologies to optimize our processes.

About you

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with advanced analytical skills and experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Metabase, Looker).
• You are proficient in SQL, including crafting complex queries with CTEs and window functions.
• You are proficient with dbt for building, testing, and documenting data pipelines. Experience developing modular and reusable dbt models while applying best practices for testing and maintenance is a plus.
• You have experience using Git for version control
• You simplify complex findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
• You demonstrate adaptability and proactivity, enabling you to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
• You value teamwork, enjoy mentoring others, and are committed to continuous growth and learning.
• You are fluent in English and excited to work in an international team.
