We seek an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team in Paris. In this role, you will advance our SEO end-to-end platform by harnessing the power of data and advanced statistics. Join us in shaping the future of data-driven SEO solutions and enhancing the digital landscapes of our valued customers.

In Botify, Data Analytics is crucial to our business. Leveraging more than 5+ petabytes of data, you will join a team of talented analysts with one mission: provide insights to make better strategic decisions across the company.

Some notable projects that our team has recently undertaken:

• Implement use cases in our Self-Service Data Analytics Platform: Collaborate with other teams (ops, finance, sales, engineering…) to implement use cases from exploration to production in our Self-Service Analytics platform.
• SEO Split Testing: By leveraging advanced statistical approaches, we allow our customers to measure the performance of their SEO experiments effectively.
• Data quality monitoring: We proactively identify and address data quality issues utilizing anomaly detection techniques. Our focus is on delivering actionable insights to empower our teams to rectify and maintain the integrity of our data.

• As a Senior Data Analyst, your focus is on employing an analytical mindset and utilizing data to drive product innovation and contribute to business growth. Your responsibilities:
• Lead high-impact projects: Drive innovation through all project phases, from exploration, prototyping, and production.
• Analytics Engineering: Iteratively refine our data and build models for analyses and projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with champions to identify and monitor KPIs for their teams and help them track those metrics. You could create new datasets and implement dashboards.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis: Conducting in-depth exploratory analysis to assess opportunities and give recommendations for addressing complex business challenges. Your insights will guide data-driven decision-making for our product team.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience conducting in-depth analysis and presenting recommendations to solve complex business problems.
• Proven ability to write code in SQL and handle relational data.
• A deep knowledge and understanding of statistics.
• Experience in Python.
• Experience in DBT or similar.
• A team player with a pragmatic and iterative approach with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• BigQuery and Google Cloud experience are a plus.
